Harrodsburg

This was one of our favorite days...ok all of vacation days are our favorites:-)  We visited Old Fort Harrodsburg State Park.  It has a TON of stuff to do and see.  This was the "living" museum where we saw Indians, blacksmith, schoolmarms, etc.

They even helped the blacksmith with the fire!

They even had the temple that Abraham Lincoln's parents were married in!  (They got married in the cabin inside the big church building)

This is also where the girls picked out their bonnets that they wore the rest of the trip.  Josiah picked a coon's cap and Boaz a rabbits foot(a blue one, nonetheless!)
